Experienced professional with 28-years of military and contractor experience in operations, strategy, planning, resourcing, cyber and training. Over 8-years of specific planning experience at NGA, JFHQ-DODIN, Army National Guard (ARNG) Headquarters, Corps and Division Levels, and in support of GWOT in Afghanistan and Iraq. Current experience as the Strategy Team lead for the National Geospatial Agency Operations Center (NOC) Mission Assurance (MA) Division with daily responsibilities including; the Agency’s Defense Critical Infrastructure Program, Agency alternate site construction and outfitting, MA Division Expected Accomplishments and associated metrics, MA Construct Implementation, Adaptive Planning SME contributing to the development of NOC SOPs, the NGA Crisis CONPLAN, NGA Functional Support Plans (FSPs) to COCOM CONOLAN and OPLANs, Agency Furlough, COOP and Pandemic Influenza and Infectious Disease Lead Facilitator. Budget Team lead responsible for developing the Division’s Spend Plan and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submission for outlying year’s budget forecasting. Relevant experience as a Cyber Plans SME at JFHQ-DODIN and overseeing the Cyber and Information Operations Plans Branch for Army National Guard HQ. Excellent senior staff experience, and is an expert in the Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP), participating in Operations Planning Teams (OPTs) and developing plans at many levels, including support to DISA, USCYBERCOM and CCMD Plans. Retired from the U.S. Army Infantry Branch at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel (O-5). Qualified Joint Officer (JPME-II).
