I have a strong background in government enforcement investigations and litigation, securities law, and commercial litigation, having worked as a director, assistant general counsel, and trial counsel at the PCAOB, the Federal Reserve System, and the SEC, respectively. I also have extensive private practice experience, having been a partner and an associate at Kirkland & Ellis and Bell, Boyd & Lloyd. I have successfully handled complex and high-profile cases and investigations involving securities fraud, insider trading, accounting and auditing irregularities, regulatory violations, and corporate governance issues. I have also advised clients on a range of legal matters, such as compliance, risk management, and contracts. I am experienced in conducting investigations and presenting arguments in court and before administrative bodies.
