My current responsiblities include, verification and approval of new vendors being set up in our Vendor Master Records against State and Federal OIG lists, confirming W-9 and tax reporting documentation, internal and external customer service, XML Payables Spreadsheet uploads and coding of invoices for payment against service agreements and contracts.

Day to day processing of a large volume of payables invoices, coding of payables invoices against service agreements and contracts.

I primarily handled making leisure travel arrangements for customers, as well as corporate travel planning for our corporate travel accounts. This included making reservations for groups of corporate clients for airline and hotel reservations.
