 Provided 1st and 2nd line support to customers via telephone, online and remote connections. Efficiently tracking, managing and resolving issues using a call logging system. Working with customers using varying degrees of IT knowledge, by either face to face, over the phone, or remotely remote desktop or team viewer in order to resolve technical problems. Maintaining and configuring network resources through different servers in different sites. Travelling to different sites in order to meet and plan projects, as well as taking the time to ensurethat all IT processes and running as efficiently as possible. Using active directory to set up user logins and email accounts as well as dealing with password and other related issues. Using my own initiative to construct documentation for distribution to customers and staff in order to minimize the number of issues and queries that may arise. Striving to achieve first time resolution. Resolving computer hardware issues by removing and installing different components. Aid the implementation of a new Transport management software system in the most efficient way so that the normal business processes were not disrupted.
