Training Manager
Current• Collaborate with internal and external clients to develop learning objectives and create deliverables that meet organizational quality standards• Organize and oversee in-person/virtual instructor-led training programs for several departments• Collaborate with internal and external clients to schedule, conduct and analyze training classes to ensure tactical and strategic goals are met.• Complete the hiring and performance monitoring via mentoring, coaching and evaluations to foster a high performing team of up to 16 direct reports• Effectively communicate up-to-date project knowledge to internal and external clients• Design, develop, schedule and manage training plans to meet organizational needs• Review, evaluate and modify existing and proposed programs to ensure the most effective training• Manage and supervise a team of 9 – 16 direct reports
