Designated Person for Operational Risk (PCF39B) for SEI's Irish fund management company, SEI Investments Global, Limited ("SIGL").This role is responsible for all operational risk matters relating to SIGL. This includes:• Designing and executing SIGL’s risk management framework. • Performing risk assessments of SIGL’s business activities to ensure its operational risks are managed so that SIGL can achieve its strategic objectives. • Conducting criticality assessments, on-going monitoring, due diligences and exit strategy reviews of SIGL’s outsource service providers to ensure a robust and documented oversight model is in place. • Ownership of SIGL’s Risk Register. • Constructively challenging the reporting provided by SIGL’s outsource service providers and taking corrective action in the event of errors, operational issues or near-misses. • Reporting operational risk data including Key Risk Indicator metrics to the SIGL Board and SIGL CEO.

The role is responsible for all fund administration matters involving the SEI UCITS Funds. This includes:- Managing third party fund administrator to ensure strict adherence to agreed KPIs. - Completing third party and BPO due diligence.- Presenting risk and vendor performance reports to the Board of the SEI UCIT Funds.- Supporting SEI’s risk management process in assessing, treating and monitoring relevant and emerging risks. - Managing external audit process. - Membership of SEI’s Risk and Outsourcing Committees as well as BCP Lead for SEI Dublin office.
