Assigned to an Engine Company in the North Lawndale Neighborhood in Chicago, I hold a state license as a paramedic but function on the CFD as an EMT. We respond to every type of emergency call ranging from EMS runs, fires, traffic accidents, Person on the tracks (Metra and CTA), person in the water, alarms in high-rises, CO leaks, releasing elevators, and the list goes on.

As terms of employment Servpro required me to go to school to learn about fire and smoke damage restoration, water mitigation, and mold remediation.
