- Current therapeutic focus is Diabetes Specialty- In my career, I have managed large geographic territories in Western PA, New York, Maryland and West Virginia with key accounts that included Allegheny General Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, Excela Health, UMPC Presbyterian, UPMC Montefiore, UPMC Mercy and UPMC Shadyside Hospitals- I have successfully planned, organized and logistically executed local promotional speaker programs and zoom webcasts and I have participated and supported national, regional and local medical conferences- I was selected as Certified Field Trainer to lead regional training teleconferences on competitive selling skills and facilitated various presentations at district and regional meetings including a special RD/DSM presentation to role out a unique planning/organizing tools for routing- I have a high skill level for all core competencies including: selling skills, “buy-and-bill” account selling, territory management, product knowledge, interpersonal skills and teamwork and I have experience selling sub-cutaneous self-injectables specifically providing support with in-servicing and training office staff, nurses and office managers- I have exceptional work ethic that focuses on planning, organization, teamwork with a high-degree of accountability- Over the last 20 years, I have developed solid relationships with key customers in developing national and local product advocates and key thought leaders- I have collaborated with Home Office Training Managers, The Market Access Team, RBLs, Medical Science Liaisons, ABLs and territory teammates to proactively address customer needs, identify market dynamics and trends to strategically develop initiatives which support brand and corporate sales priorities and objectives
