He handled the scheduling and coordinating of Inspections for all of ATMs clients. The company completes over 1,000 inspections each year for Oil Majors and their associated companies. He has done graduate work in Business Management and has participated in numerous Leadership conferences and courses. He has taught safety training and Person In Charge classes as well as participated in HSSE audit and investigation courses. In handling the day-to-day coordination of inspections from the Canadian Maritime to the Caribbean and Central America, ATM has an in-depth understanding of the logistics and requirements for Inspectors / Auditors traveling to these regions. ATM boasts a better than 95% success rate in getting Inspections / Audits completed. Invoice accuracy and compliance are important to ATM. Efficient administrative oversight is important to ATM to keep costs down while maximizing resources for our clients. In addition to day-to-day operations ATM provides Risk Management for several energy companies that trade petroleum products and operate terminals. We provide evaluation of operational and regulation compliance. We have a network of operators who we work with for the most up to date information available. This service extends to petroleum tankers, barges and EBIS vessels. Along with the risk management screening of vessels, the conducting of Barge Owner audits are managed.

As a Port Captain, work as a liaison for BP's refinery and terminals in the region with shipping and tug and barge companies. This involved in inspections, attendances and company and terminal audits. In addition, was part of the first response oil spill response team. In Anchorage, worked with regional citizen groups in the Prince William Sound Region and participated in the writing of the Contingency Plan as well as the compliance to the plans. While in Anchorage, participated in two mergers and was involved in the development of Alaska Tanker Company as well as the coordinating the recycling of 4 oil tankers to China
