As the software product manager at Sciemetric, I act as an advocate and intermediary for our customers with Sciemetric’s development and sales teams. It is my job to understand our customers’ needs, responsibilities and challenges, and address these by serving as product manager for our QualityWorX product suite.This perspective, combined with in-depth product knowledge and broad technical expertise, allows me to shape the strategy and vision for our QualityWorX line to ensure it provides true, measurable value for our customers.Execution – getting our products into users’ hands – is a critical responsibility for me. I prioritize features and tasks by ensuring that customer requests and market-driven features are evaluated with Sciemetric’s overall product strategy in mind. I handle situations as they arise, from obstacles in the strategic phase to writing product specifications to ensure clarity about the products our team is building. This ensures we deliver timely releases that provide what our customers need when they need it.

Managing the Zipform line of products (www.zipform.com) which is targeted to the Real Estate market (R&D, maintenance, development, design, product strategy, testing, specifications and requirements). Managing supporting elements (CRM, defect tracking, change management, E-Commerce site).Managing teams of software developers (in house and 3rd party) to architect and design enterprise software products for a user base of 250,000 customers. These include web based client-server applications, traditional desktop applications and mobile software. Project Coordinator Supervising a third party development team implementing a custom CRM tool. This included initial requirements analysis, planning and evaluating hardware needs. I also supervised testing (functional, regression, integration and requirements) and data migration.Software DeveloperImplementation of internal utilities.
