Together with 2 other renowned industry veterans, I co-founded Marketslogix, a financial services advisory firm based in Singapore. Marketslogix provides advisory services in areas of regulatory compliance, risk management, licensing and business advisory. We have assisted brokers and asset managers in the application of relevant licenses with MAS in Singapore as well as provided strategic advice to exchanges and sell side firms in the area of acquisition of new clients.

Set up and built team in Singapore for Tiger Brokers' international expansion into South East Asia. Spearheaded sales, operational and marketing efforts and acquired relevant capital markets license for Tiger brokers in Singapore.

Key member of management team of Singapore's 3rd derivatives exchange. I was hired by APEX to build the exchange's sales and marketing capabilities.

I was the head of CME Group's Hong Kong office and responsible for the exchange's sales efforts in North Asia and subsequently the whole of Asia. I led efforts to build key brokerage relationships in Greater China, South Korea and Singapore which led to annual revenue growth of more than 10x from 2012 to 2017.
