I am an experienced and resourceful Senior Client Implementation Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the Information Technology SaaS based services industry. I am curious by nature and I always love learning new technologies. I want to understand how and why these new technologies will help people resolve their issues. Just like everything in life, I succeeded at some and failed at others. But, as I mentioned above, I am curious by nature so my failures were not enough to stop me, rather, I approached my next "phase" with lessons learned from the failed ones to ensure success. I would much rather focus on the process and trusting in the hard work when it matters most. To not give up but rather learn from your failures. Starting my career in Implementation seemed like a mismatch at first given my degree in Business Administration. However, I immediately recognized the opportunity it presented, to understand the most important asset of any organization/company; the People. This is when I fell in love with Technology. I was privileged to harness diverse views and opinions to create solutions that foster productivity. I saw the need to combine my knowledge of people and software platforms with my desire for problem-solving. I enjoy applying human-centered design and design thinking principles to create innovative solutions and business models geared towards growth. I'm the colleague at work that everyone reaches out to when a problem presents itself. Luckily, I'm obsessed with staying organized and making everyone's life easier. It brings such a genuine joy and fulfillment to my heart to take the burden off of my colleagues shoulders, and I will always do anything I can to enhance that.
