• Responsibilities:
• Manage the company in Shanghai covering marketing, operation, administration, Financial, HR. IT, etc.
• Maintain the relationship with existing customers for new deal, rental collection, issue tackling, etc.
• Develop new customers of both container leasing and container trading.
• Jointly review the procurement of container regarding price, specification, timing, location, warranty and material, etc.

• Responsibilities:
• Set up the working procedure in accordance with head quarters’ guidelines and local regulations.
• Coordinate with business department and make sure the container supply for outbound requirement with the rational stock.
• Manage the equipment team within China including the new staff training and the performance assessment.
• Monitor the performance of contracted depots and warehouses within China and make the inventory effective, efficient and accurate for service improvement.
• Source the vendors (domestic shipping firms) for repositioning our empty equipment & feeder service for laden boxes and make sure the service efficient and economical.

• Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise the depot & warehouse operation in Shanghai covering inventory management, container gate-in and gate-out, container repair, cargo gate-in & gate-out and storage, cargo loading.,cargo export and.
• Arrange empty container trucking, outbound shipment gathering and inbound shipment delivery within China
• Setup working procedure in compliance with headquarters guidelines and local regulations. Work with sales department and global functional team to make sure the equipment supply for business requirement.
• Associate operation manager looking after the equipment within China. Source feeder service for our domestic empty repositioning.
• Manage the equipment with Asia pacific in accordance with corporate policy. Work with global trade team to make sure the equipment supply effectively.Achievements:
