Being the team lead on printing and scanning with the Cerner technologies environment.Handling issues that may arise with the introduction of Cerner and within our current Citrix environment.Managing AD user accounts along with their individual server files.Ensuring that all computers are compatible for hospital wide upgrades, as well as attending meetings with management to determine the daily actions and short term goals to achieve success within a limited time frame.
