I have worked in the Managed Services industry for ten years and I take pride in providing the best solutions for my customers. I look to build partnerships that will help both my customers and my company in a way that is fulfilling for both my professional and personal goals.I started my career as a regional representative supporting multiple sites with different managed services responsibilities. I learned the different aspects of managed services and quickly took on roles with greater responsibility, covering for site managers and specialists. At the IMF, I took on a leadership role where I learned the technical software very quickly and effectively filled an essential role within our team. I advanced into a pre-sales role in NYC where I have was able to use my five years of experience working in post-sales to my advantage and bring new knowledge and perspective to the strategy team. I have now been working as an Assessment and Implementation Specialist where I have take on larger Project Management tasks to evaluate customer environments before implementing our Managed Services solution.
