Recovery Plan production and Resolution coordination (Bank Recovery & Resolution Directive)

• Daily monitoring of key regulatory (Central Bank of Ireland & CRDIV) and internal metrics• Updating and Test run of Contingency Funding Plan• Review, input and submission of Asset Encumbrance reports & encumbrance internal MI• Weekly calculation of Cost of Funds• Monthly reconciliation of liquidity reports to balance sheet• Assist with Internal Audits, Regulatory and other reviews• Drafting submissions to ALCo/Board on above and other aspects of Liquidity and Funding• ILAAP preparation for submission to Board and Regulator

Securitisation: Oversight of approx. €13 billion Residential Mortgage Backed Securities, including Investor Report review and sign off. Liaison with Rating Agencies, Trustee, Corp. Services Provider, External Legal, Investors. Internally work closely with Mortgage Operations, Credit Risk/Underwriting, IT, Legal, Products, to ensure processes and systems are fit for purpose and any changes take account of securitisation requirements. Provide advice and input to Corep, Pillar 2, Pillar 3, FVC2 and other Regulatory reports.Mortgage Backed Promissory Notes: Monthly pool cut and upload to the Central Bank and ECB. Contact for Central Bank, including Central Bank Due Diligence and External Audit and External Legal Due Diligence.Ad Hoc Project Management/Project Participation: Secured Funding initiated projects including ECB Loan Level Data; Application to join Special Mortgage Backed Promissory Note programme; Buy-back of Securitisation Notes. Participation in projects that effect Asset Backed Funding such as MARS, Consumer Protection Code, EMIR, Data Quality remediation, migration of legacy mortgage systems amongst others.Oversaw issuance of €10 billion Medium Term Note prospectus.
