I like to focus on developing and implementing solutions for individuals and organisations.In leadership and advisory positions, I have strong experience in providing policy, communications and stakeholder advice at the highest levels of Federal and State Government in Australia. This has included provision of advice to the Office of the Prime Minister, direct to Cabinet Ministers, a Premier, Leaders of the Opposition and Shadow Ministers.Most recently I have been Sport adviser to the Australian Minister for Sport. This has included playing a strategic role in Australia securing the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the 2027 and 2029 Rugby World Cups.I have previously lead a statewide industry advicacy organisation reporting to a board and a large diverse membership. This involved managing all aspects of the organisation including government/ stakeholder relations, marketing, communications and administration/budget.I have also worked internationally based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai in management and strategic consulting which included leading small teams to complete projects for government and semi government agencies.
