My main role in the Operations Team was Rostering and the management of 80 drivers. We had three categories of vehicles (B, C & C1) and the balance of staff with the sufficient licence to crew the daily driver schedule.Rosters were planned for each driver 12 weeks in advance.There were always challenges in this fast paced environment, from daily sickness.

I worked a night shift in Coca-Cola for just over a year. I worked on a Zambelli case wrapping machine casing 24 pack contour (500m), 1 litre, 1.5 litre and 2 litre bottles of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Fanta and Sprite.I assisted in the smooth changeover of different sized bottles and adjusted the machine for different packing configurations.
