The Service Delivery Coordinator (SDC) is responsible for the sales, service and billing functions for customers supported. The SDC will answer incoming calls in an ACD environment and will handle everything from taking the original order request from the account team or customer, entering it into the appropriate order entry system and following the order through to completion and billing.
