Overall management of the relationship with the external and intra-group securities services providers (Brokers, Local and Global Custodians, Transfer Agents) of Securities Handling - being the securities back office for clients assets activities (Retail/Private/Wealth/Corporate).Definition and implementation of the governance and escalation model applied through the activity. Negotiation of Custody Agreements, SLAs and Fees Schedules. Accounts structuring, opening and monitoring.Monitoring of the service quality through Quality Reviews, escalations to the appropriate hierarchical level and follow-up till resolution.Support to operational entities in the search for solutions on unsolved structural issues. Support to higher Management for tactical/strategical discussions : synthesis of the various topics, development of messages consistency, preparation of support document, organization and animation of meeting.Taking in charge of business cases in view of fees optimization.Close collaboration with the following internal entities :- Integration Projects group and Process Managers for opening of relationships, markets, products requested by the Business Lines of the bank.- Procurement, Legal and Compliance for all contractual, fees or Mifid related matters.
