I have more than eight years of experience in the blasting industry, starting as a Blaster and advancing to my current role.I have developed and demonstrated proficiency in a range of skills, including ADP Payroll, electronic blasting systems, supply ordering, and people management. I have also completed multiple training and certification courses in blasting and safety, such as the Train the Trainer program, which enables me to mentor and coach new and existing staff. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I strive to achieve excellence in every project I undertake.
