I began my career in the securities industry at The Ferguson Smith Cohen Group at Morgan Stanley in 2011, where I provided portfolio strategy and financial planning analysis. I now work directly with clients as a Financial Advisor and lead the Ferguson Smith Cohen Group’s business development efforts.In 2015, I was honored to be named to Morgan Stanley’s Pacesetters Club, a global recognition for Financial Advisors who, within their first five years, demonstrate the highest professional standards and first-class client service. I have also been named to *Forbes Magazine’s “America’s Top Next-Generation Wealth Advisor” for 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021, as well as **Forbes Magazine’s List of America’s “Best-In-State Wealth Advisors” in 2021. I was also named to Morgan Stanley's Century Club in 2020, an honor bestowed on an elite group of the firm’s top Financial Advisors.I graduated from the University of Kansas with degrees in economics and Spanish. I has previously served as President of Children’s Mercy Cancer Center Auxiliary Board and was formerly elected as a Man of the Year Candidate to raise funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I currently live in Overland Park, Kansas, with my wife Emmie, daughter Georgia, and son Billy.
