Currently, Patrick is the President of The Sharpened Athlete, which focuses on technical, mental, and cognitive skills training for soccer players, teams, and clubs. He promotes failure, high-level risk-taking, and positive sport-psychology to enhance complete player development.Patrick is an Adapted and General Physical Education Professional who has taught in the elementary, middle, and high school settings. He has developed curriculum, implemented technology, led PLCs, and was named New York State Adapted Physical Education Teacher of the Year in 2018.Patrick is a former National Director of Coaching. He has a solution-based approach in the workplace and flourishes in a fast-paced environment. He focuses on coach education to maximize player development. He oversaw 30+ teams at the National, State and Local competition levels.
