Sold withplanning to Telford Homes in 2007.• Wimbledon FC, Plough Lane, Wimbledon, SW19 – Bought from Safeway Group together with adjoining 1.5 acres from Merton Council. Formed a JV with David Wilson Homes, obtained planning for over flats plus c150,000 ft2 of commercial and developed out from c2003.• London Park Hotel site bought from Southwark Council - 500 flats plus commercial. Site then sold to English Partnerships in 2004. Now being developed as a 47-storey tower block by Essential Living.• St James Theatre, Palace St, SW1 – Theatre and 36 flats developed. The St James Theatre is now an important part of the London Theatre scene.In all I have built out and traded in excess of 3,000 residential units plus commercial.Since 2010 I have been partnering with RER London and currently hold a minority interest in: - 2.000 flat plus c200,000 ft2 retail scheme at Cross harbour, Isle of Dogs; - 116-118 Chancery Lane, WC2 and Grey coat St SW1. As well as participating in the purchase and sale of 42 Bedford Square, WC1 and 122-126 Chancery Lane WC2 plus bidding on opportunities at the rate of 6 per year.I have also traded in Miami and Africa and have set up and launched golf plot sales on a 1,000-acre estate in Tanzania.Currently a mentor with Paul Higgs to delegates who have joined the Millbank Land Academy for one year at a cost of £50k each.
