-Research, develop and implement families interpretation, engagement, and evaluation in the Collections Gallery, including the Drawing Trolley-Programme and deliver paid family workshops based on RA Collection and temporary exhibitions, ensuring that workshops are engaging and profitable-Research and programme content for workshops for families with children with SEND, meeting the access requirements of all workshop participants and tailoring the workshop to their needs-Administer and deliver Family Studios, free, drop-in creative workshops -Maintain a good working knowledge of child protection, safeguarding and health & safety policies-Worked closely with Volunteer Manager to recruit and train new volunteers for a variety of projects across families
