Patrick teaches Yoga classes, private Yoga sessions, and seminars in the greater Kennebunk area, as Kennebunk Yoga (and Palm Chakra Yoga). From a studio at the Riverbend Wellness Center, churches, community centers and schools, his work brings the power of Yoga to all. He especially appreciates opportunities to support building well-being by creating adaptations of Yoga and other movement modalities to fit an individual's needs. With a wide range of techniques, including restorative Yoga, Yoga therapy, mindfulness, meditation, mind/body stress release, breathwork, physical training, aspects of myofascial bodywork, and human development science, he seeks Human Movement Improvement - contributing to a happier, more peaceful world.
