Responsible for leading and managing our Distribution and Industrial sales verticals in the US and Canada. Key responsibilities include sales strategy development, team leadership, budget management and distribution network optimization.

Lead our Industrial Sales Team and the day-to-day interactions with Pilot Chemical Company’s North American customers. This role also has responsibility for managing our Promotional Marketing team.

• Manage Pilot’s Authorized Distribution Partners within the United States. • Markets served primarily include HI&I, Personal Care, CASE and Industrial. • Drive market share growth by developing and implementing Distribution Strategies based on applications, markets, and core capabilities that align with Pilot’s objectives.• Negotiate and execute Distribution Agreements and ensure our Channel Partners are adhering to the agreement at all times. • Responsible for calling on key Distributor stakeholders (Executives, Product Managers, Purchasing, Sales) to build the relationship, communicate KPI’s, and ensure the Pilot line is being properly promoted to achieve sales targets.• Support our Distribution Partners through joint calls at key accounts, sales training, pricing support, and assisting with regulatory and technical needs.• Through dialog with our Distributors and End Customers provide market intel to the Business on competitive activity and new product development needs.
