I am associate professor of psychology in the College of Arts and Sciences at Lynn University. With a broad interest in social and personality development, my current research focuses on college students' resilient behaviors and academic achievement. I also serve as the faculty advisor for the Lynn University chapter of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology and the program coordinator for the Resilience Toolkit at Lynn University, a program dedicated to fostering resilience in university students. Beyond these roles, I also work as a research and statistical consultant for higher education consulting organizations and serves on the program advisory board for Upstream Education, a mindfulness program aimed at mitigating anxiety and building resilience in high school students.
