• Works with Sanding lobos- sand 12 x 12 and 25 x 25 material. • Silicone, Iron, and other materials formulated to meet customer requirements whether it is by using the decimeter to get the correct density or reflectivity by checking it using an analyzer for radio frequencies 0 GH thru 40GH at particular decibels.• Works with the clicker press to cut material with steel dies IAW customer requirements.• Works with the Dake press to heat, cure and mold the parts IAW customer requirements.• Works with the laminator to apply ground plane and pressure sensitive adhesive IAW customer requirements.• Works with Orbital sanders to thin out the high spots on parts by a couple thousandths as necessary.• Uses a Machine called the Tinus Olson to collect data for tensile strength data.Averaging about 300 work orders month. I have to adapt to a different priority every day in this department. I am part of protected testing and direct staff on this program.
