About Patrick Cottrell
Patrick is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Bridge Lending Group .He is responsible for due diligence, valuation, and risk management of real estate loan-based BLG investments and acquisitions. Patrick began his real estate lending career in 1993 with Great Western Bank as a residential loan officer, specializing in Portfolio and Balance Sheet lending. Due to his entrepreneurial spirit, Patrick sought to take his home lending career to the next level and founded Dutchess Capital Corporation in 1997. DCC was a local Mortgage Company, for which Patrick focused on originating mortgage loans for the investor and builder communities in the New York markets of Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess County. Patrick developed a team of loan originators and personally managed several Wholesale Bank and Investor relationships for his firm. In 2001, Patrick co-founded DJP Realty, a real estate development company that specialized in the acquisition and development of single-family home subdivisions. Patrick has a proven track record in that he has managed the real estate lending portfolio of a Family office over the past 7 Years, consistently generating a net-to-investor return in excess of 10%.
