Growing up, I had a strong passion for technology. Moving into college, I mistakingly put that aside to chase the major with the highest average pay. After finding out how miserable I was learning about things I had no interest in, I realized that IT was my true passion, and was fortunate enough to find a position with Murdoch's Ranch & Home Supply. In my 4 years at Murdoch's, not only have I gained invaluable experience and knowledge when it comes to IT administration, but also project management, teamwork, and organization.I have a very diverse skillset as a result of working Tier I for a small company. I have done evaluation processes for multiple platforms/solutions to be used company wide and made selections as to what would best serve our business. In addition, I have overseen the implementation of these platforms. The prime example was signing a contract with ActionIQ for a Customer Data Platform and overseeing and managing it's implementation,In addition to project management and product evaluation, I have balanced my current support role while establishing a strong rapport with our 'customers' who are fellow employees - making IT seem more approachable, even to a fault.I have always been a quick learner which has lead to project after project being assigned to me, which I have always welcomed with open arms. I thrive on challenges and constantly seek to expand my knowledge when it comes to support, infrastructure, and security.
