I have a four year apprenticeship in mold making for the glass industry, utility mechanic experience in a aseptic plant, engineering degree in Industrial technology, managed the facility and utilities of a plant and have been the engineering manager at two locations.The project management position is a leadership role that has been the most satisfying aspect of my career. The challenge of implementing change and improvement is the most challenging yet most rewarding experience. When you deliver scope and delivery at a plant level while hitting the spend and forecast for each project you become a trusted participant in a North American Capital Plan. I enjoy bringing people together in the effort of improving a process. The art of running a project is one that has scope, delivery and cost up front that includes all the stakeholders.I am sooo happy to start a new journey this month --
