I have over 25 years of experience in organisational development and training, working in a variety of contexts as an employee as well as an independent management consultant. During that time I have adopted a portfolio of roles that embrace a diverse range of business sectors that include: Instructor in the Royal Navy; Visiting lecturer at the Kent Business School, University of Kent; Organisational development and management trainer in the UK and abroad, for clients such as BP (Egypt) and Huawei Telecom (China) as well as a career advisor for Government sponsored training programmes.A proportion of this time has been spent abroad, particularly in the Middle-East advising senior management clients in organisational and staff development as well as teaching business English. I have worked with companies from differing sectors including education, engineering, manufacturing, construction, telecoms, and finance, gaining valuable international and cross cultural experience.Highlights include lecturing part-time on learning and career development at the Kent Business School, University of Kent, Canterbury.
