• Promoted to manage the development and implementation of a provincial health billing program with enrollment of over 100,000+ Albertans. Developed a supporting contact centre and led a team of 12 direct.
• Collaborated on the development of a new accounts receivable program and performed software testing to ensure that all business requirements were met.
• Wrote and designed a comprehensive training manual; identified departmental training needs and developed programs to increase employee skills.
• Conducted interviews, hired and trained a new team of 10 Accounts Receivables Administrators and 2 Team Leaders resulting in a highly skilled team.
