Within this role I prepared and sold raw meats and fish to customers while adhering to food safety policies and procedures to deliver the highest quality products and service to our customers. I worked the till system, regulated stock, stock shelves and completed cleaning duties. I worked quickly and efficiently as part of a team to keep our department running smoothly and keep customers happy. I transferred between two stores in and out of term-time.
