My career has been committed to non-profit arts organizations, specifically in ticketing, customer service and marketing. I've been the Tessitura (CRM) power-user for the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park for over 15 years where I utilized Tessitura's innovative technology to further the Playhouse's mission. I helped the Ticketing, Marketing, Education, Finance and Development teams use Tessitura to it's full capabilities by recommending and providing most efficient event set-up, training staff members on Tessitura, upgrading the system to its latest versions and creating custom procedures using SQL and SSRS. During my time at the Playhouse I was able to set up systems that increased subscriptions in the Shelterhouse theatre by 20% over a 5 year period, increase drive-up parking revenue by 200% and decrease negative customer service encounters at the pre-performance will call window by 95%.
