Developed a program from the ground up. Heavily involved in athlete development. Especially in sprints and pole vault. I have had experience in a variety of different track events and currently hold the Level 1 certification from USATF and am a certified pole vault coach. I has head coach I have had many responsibilities, coaching not only athletes but also my coaches. I have developed workouts, managed a budget, recruited athletes, booked transportation and travel, created activities to build team spirit. As coach I have coached a number of state champions and athletes who have gone onto run at the Division I colleges. I have also coached one district championship boys team and one regional runner-up girls team at the AAA class in the state of Virginia.
