Working mostly the grill and fish section in a busy waterfront venue with a focus on smoked meats. Managing stock and assisting with orders, also helping out team members on all sections in the kitchen.

Able to run all sections, but concentrated on the meat or fish section. Creating daily entree and main specials, also catch of the day garnishes.Melaleuca was awarded one hat in the AGFG and also won best.
