Joint Base Lewis / Mcchord, Washington

I am responsible for training management, management of tasking procedures, and the creating and maintaining of operational systems within the organization planning and operations staff; I have oversight responsibility for the establishment, deployment, and operations of the organizations Operations Center. I oversee the accurate reporting and recording of all training information sent to proper levels of command and recommended changes to streamline training. I routinely evaluate the proper manning of a 300 plus personnel portion of the greater organization ensuring the proper placement of skilled workers with due consideration of funding and current fiscal constraints in place. I have supervisory responsibility for the placement of key elements of this organization to places around the Pacific rim of nations to respond to routine training opportunities and real world assistance needs.

Responsible for managing the day to day operations of a 110 person organization responsible for developing Plans and Strategies for Command consideration, forward deployed in a combat environment...Baghdad, Iraq. Served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to a Major General, United States Air Force, in a Joint, multi service Command. Oversaw a team of Assessment specialists responsible for gathering data to use in consideration for combat operations.

As the Senior Advisor for 25 Senior Reserve Officer Training colleges (ROTC) and 60 Junior Reserve Officer Training programs, I oversaw the mentoring, training, policies, management, and development of over 3,500 college students and 5,000 high school students annually in 8 states and three territories (Saipan, Guam, and America Samoa). I advised the CEO on all matters. I served as the Subject Matter Expert on all training requirements that prepared the unit to perform tasks in support of the Global War on Terrorism. Over 27 years of experience with training systems, policies, regulations, and professional development. I provided guidance and supervision relating to Junior and mid level leadership personnel to ensure curriculum and programs are to standard. I assisted in the planning, coordination, and conduct of the Leadership Development Assessment Course each summer with 30 companies totaling over 5,000 participants. I directed employee activities, as well as, coordinated logistical support to achieve and maintain a highly effective and productive workforce, prepared final evaluation reports and used end of course critiques to obtain lessons learned and aid in the validation of Instructors. I verified safety, risk assessment and environmental protection measures considered throughout the Training Development process and incorporated them into training products.

Owned and managed my own vending enterprise. 25 stands with assorted candies in 15 to 20 businesses at a time. My goal was to give my daughters a work opportunity while in High School. Like all business, location is key. Some stands were very lucrative, others not so much. In 2008, I gave 6 stands to organizations to be used as fund raising venues. I sough no compensation for that. I have since 2009, given the stands to the businesses where they were located. My Elderly in-laws maintain only one business location...just for the fun of it.

Served as the Music Director for the Hohenfels, Germany, religious activities. Planned and coordinated all music for weekly gatherings. Was the primary pianist, solicited local musicians from high schools and nearby towns to participate in special music / holiday, opportunities. Coordinated all music aspects of memorial services and other special observance events. Oversaw the duties of 3 other musicians /coordinated rehearsals.

Manages the Music needs for Weddings, Anniversary's, Reunions, School Dances, and New Years Festivities. From 2003 to 2005, had several weekly gigs in bar's and bowling ally's, as a Karaoke DJ. I own and operate all my own equipment. From 2005 to 2008, had a weekly Country Western Night in Hohenfels, Germany, and volunteered as the local school dance DJ. Most recent job, my daughters SWEET 16 celebration, March 2014.

Worked initially as a performer of dance with the Disney Pageant Program then transitioned to vocal entertainment. As a vocalist, was a member of the "Voices of Liberty", one of 8 to 12 part harmony, singing early Americana and Patriotic Music with original arrangements. We performed primarily at the American Country Display at EPCOT Center but routinely entertained throughout all the Orlando Disney property.
