I am a dedicated, adaptable and reliable international development professional who is strongly committed to achieving gender equality, the empowerment of all women and girls, and the full enjoyment of their human rights. I have nearly a decade of progressively responsible work experience in monitoring, evaluation, results-based management, and reporting, specializing in security sector governance, sexual and reproductive health, gender-based violence and harmful practices. Over the course of my career, I have worked with non-governmental organizations and the UN system at headquarters, regional and country level, in particular with UNFPA. My strengths are my analytical skills, attention to detail and drive to achieve results. I have a proven track record of establishing monitoring and evaluation systems, using qualitative and quantitative methods to track results, and managing and conducting evaluations and other research studies.My goal is to generate more actionable data for better policies and programmes to accelerate progress on gender equality and women’s empowerment. I am particularly interested in measuring social norms change and strengthening the evidence base on what works in changing harmful gender norms that limit women’s bodily autonomy and integrity.
