Position: Regional Financial Accountant – (2007-2011)Responsibilities Preparation of monthly profitability analysis and reports to determine regional margins; Preparation of Accounts receivables and ageing reports payables; Managing accounts payables; Implementing Internal Control procedures; Costing of Pricing functions for new bids; Tax monitoring and compliance; Interfacing with Tax Authorities on Tax related functions

Schlumberger and Transocean Support Services (Seconded)Responsibilities Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual fiscal processing to support tax accounting and reporting; Providing support for Tax and Statutory Audits; Assisting in pre-audit exercises preparatory to an Audit exercise, Maintaining Withholding Tax and VAT payment schedules; Maintaining credit notes collection tracking lists, WHT and VAT payment trackers; Maintaining PAYE Tax payment register; Following up on the collection of all Tax receipts for accuracy and audit purpose.
