1. Participate in the project safety committee and leads all efforts to enhance safety during and after the project2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projectsVerifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use3. Promotes safe practices at the job site.Conducts toolbox meetings and enforces safety guidelines.4. Inspects the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment5. Continuous monitoring of all safety-related documents, reports, and issues to keep them updated.6. Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented7. Prepare BOQ for all assigned projects and respond to RFQ from clients.8. Ensure that base assets and functions are adequate to meet the needs of operations9. Oversee all Administrative Processes including Procurement and Logistics. 10. Ensure Compliance with all tender requirements including HSE, QAQC, NIPEX, DPR, ITF, Insurance, NSITF, Pension and any other as directed by the management.11. Oversee all aspect of the projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarise the progress of the project.12. Continuous monitoring of all safety-related documents, reports, and issues to keep them updated.13. Watches out for the safety of all workers and works to protect them from entering hazardous situations.14. Prepare reports for senior management regarding status of the projects.15 Control cost of base functions by frequent cost analysis. 16. Drive the registration and renewal of company with relevant authorities17. Assign and Supervise technicians while carrying out task18. Study & Review Tender Specifications, Drawings, Data & Commercial and prepare Pre-bid queries and attend pre-bid meetings.
