Responsible for working with the sales and product team to introduce the IBM Cloud platform to our customers and partners. I lead in developing solutions and architectures to solve business problems and challenges, and deliver presentations and training - from basic level (concepts) to more advanced levels (deep dive) - on technologies and services for better understanding and enablement.

As Developer Advocate, I am responsible for building a relationship with communities, universities, partners and customers, and be the bridge between developers and the IBM Cloud products and services team. I lead the development of open source projects and solutions that will disseminate knowledge and content about key products and services.And as Startup Solutions Architect, I am responsible for working with startups participating in the Startup With IBM program (formerly known as IBM Global Entrepreneur Program - or GEP) towards adoption and development of solutions with IBM Cloud technologies. As a Software Engineer, I am responsible for the architecture, design and development of solutions using Swift, Kotlin, Java, Node.js, Angular, Typescript and IBM Cloud services, using Agile and Design Thinking methodologies. The developed softwares are part of the solutions available to the team that supports the IBM global contracts area, inside the IT area (CIO Office).- I reduced in 97% the response time for all questions related to IBM's legal area with the construction of a chatbot. I developed all interfaces, integration with Watson Assistant service and the dashboard to manage all interactions with the virtual assistant using Node.js, Angular and Cloudant (NoSQL) on IBM Cloud.- I deployed and managed the iOS digital signature app, IBM eSignature, used across IBM.- I updated the visual identity for the IBM Northstar v18 system design and developed new functionality for the SCORE (Storage Customer Opportunity REquest) platform.
