- Managing the governance functions within the Philanthropy team of UNSW; overseeing the secretariat and governance operations for the University's philanthropic controlled entities- Serving as Corporate Secretary for UNSW Foundation Limited and Company Secretary for the University's international controlled entities (Hong Kong Foundation, UK Foundation, and US Foundation)- Project management of the dissolution of international companies - Advising senior stakeholders on governance matters, leveraging knowledge in policy, compliance, and company law- Overseeing corporate governance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements- Acting as a key advisor to boards of directors on governance matters
