The position has further required me to be flexible and reliable in my role as a team member within a face-paced environment. With the responsibilities of being a chargehand bringing new challenges to the role, I have relished the opportunity I’ve been given to face these new tasks and have excelled in my new position. During my time in said position I have ensured that the day to day running of the business has been fluid and efficient, whilst also ensuring that our customers’ needs are met as quickly and as often as possible.
