. I have strong communication, mechanical and technical skills along with considerable experience in buildings and grounds maintenance. I am a self-starter, dependable and willing to acquire any further skills as necessary. I am currently working as a site supervisor for S5 Construction. I am responsible for monitoring and supervising sub-contractors on site. I coordinate with Project Manager on all sub-contractor scheduling and material ordering as well as ensure all build site materials are available as needed for day’s task In my experience as Building Engineer with Imperial Realty, I was responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all buildings and grounds. I coordinated all ordering and maintaining maintenance materials, completing all daily work orders, along with all preventative and routine maintenance of buildings equipment and grounds. I have also held positions as maintenance technician as well as Maintenance Supervisor for The Center in Palos Park. I was responsible for all buildings and grounds, maintaining and monitoring furnace systems, emergency exits, exterior access routes as well as performing carpentry skills and painting. Responsibilities included planning and completing necessary updates, repairs, and preventative maintenance of facilities. I maintained all grounds including tree removal, lawn and general grounds upkeep. Supervised and worked with temporary staff. My past experiences include complete tear-out and remodeling of kitchens, baths, and basements including drywall, plaster, electrical, plumbing, painting, tiling, flooring, etc. I have also had experience in retail sales, stock, and ordering.
