I obtained my Bachelor's degree from Tusculum University in December 2023 and currently serve as a Home Consultant at Yess Home Center, where I have been employed for over a year and a half. My responsibilities encompass building customer relationships, guiding them through the sales process, and facilitating successful closings. During my tenure with the company, I successfully closed over 40 sales of manufactured and modular homes, achieving a 100% increase in sales volume compared to the prior year. I continually update my knowledge of current products and lender programs to provide informed guidance to customers, ensuring optimal rates. Utilizing a CRM, I maintain thorough records of customer interactions and progress. The most rewarding aspect of my role is witnessing customers' satisfaction upon receiving the keys to their new home.
