Full-stack .net/core-angular/React developer.

Work on all layers of the stack, with ASP.NET/C#, React+mobx, SQL-Server expertise to create and consume APIs for company's customer portal web app that is fully responsive. Day-to-day responsibilities involve implementing/enhancing features to the portal, using SOLID principles wherever applicable. Front-end work (30-35% of time) leverages React with mobx, back-end ASP.NET 4.6 with EF6 and SQL-Server.

Migrated web app (please see next entry below) from Ruby/Rails to ASP.NET Core/EF Core,/C# and from AngularJS to Angular 2+ on the client side. Working on the full stack, implementing the MVC design pattern.

Developing the front end (and some of the business layer) of an online app targeted at children’s ‘edutainment’. Back-end: Ruby/Rails/Postgres which exposed an API/service.Front end work used:• JS with AngularJS 1.5, leveraging the MVVM design style with components and directives for and custom services for business layers.• JQuery/Bootstrap for enhanced RESPONSIVE UI, leveraging Jumbotrons and carousels (for desktops)• Unit and e-2-e testing using Jasmine and Protractor.

Developed Student-Academic and Fees-control and payroll systems for school initially in Microsoft Access + VBA, and latterly (post 2011) with ASP.NET and C#. Performed maintenance and upgrades of these systems.

Prepared pupils (Grades 9-11) for the Canbridge Intl O Level examinations.

Head teacher of the O Level section (Grades 6-11), supervising the activities of 30 teachers and 350 students.

Maths and Physics teacher to O Level students, preparing then for the CIEs.

Worked on team developing sophisticated scheduling and billing solutions for the medical staffing industry. The VividCare product line tied scheduling capabilities to billing, accounts receivable and payroll functions.Skills/tools leveraged: SQL, VB/.NET, ASP/.NET, OOP, Crystal Reports.
