Part of a short term project for the launch of Medicaid expansion in Indiana. It involved training over 300 people on site in a new call center. • Oversaw a team that varied in size from 15-40 people over the length of the project. Helped the new hires with questions they had while going through the training, coaching trainees on errors found in QA and reviews• Tracked the team’s attendance and performance issues, helping to make sure they were in compliance with company and State of Indiana polices.

• Performed long term contract processing prior authorization requests for medications. Duties include assisting doctor’s offices and pharmacies with the steps to obtain their P.A.’s, processing PA requests verbally and fax requests, and assisting callers with their questions on the preferred drug list.
