Represent JTIP/Step Up statewide to new and existing expanding businesses, economic development organizations, workforce training institutions which may include onsite meetings and presentations to companies and partners statewide. Follow up on referrals and leads generated by external and internal partners. Conduct marketing efforts to introduce JTIP and provide in-depth overview of the JTIP / Step Up program policies, eligibility, requirements and procedures. Assist eligible companies with all aspects of proposal development through the online application process and prepare them for the JTIP board meeting. Maintain communication and provide ongoing customer support to all active JTIP clients. Present employer proposal summaries to the JTIP board with staff recommendation to approve funding requests.

Instrumental in the initiation and implementation of the Workforce Investment Act to support Apprenticeship Training Programs in New Mexico.Interview, asses, refer and place qualified applicants in green technology and construction trade jobs through the Workforce Investment Act. on-the-job, apprenticeship and customized training programs. Central region coordinator for the State Energy Partnership Grant. Responsible for enrollment of participants in "Green" job training. Meet with local businesses, trade associations, education institutions, economic development organizations to assist with employee training and hiring needs. Analyze and address industry and business workforce needs in cooperation with workforce center partners.
